Nigeria Oil Mills
Successfully commenced and concluded proceedings against Elf Oil Nig. Ltd (now Totalfina Elf) for breach of Contract before a Sole Arbitrator. The sum of N70, 200, 538 (Seventy Million, Two Hundred Thousand, Five Hundred and Thirty Eight Naira) was awarded against Elf Oil Nig. Ltd by the Sole Arbitrator.
The aforesaid award was affirmed by Honourable Justice J. K. Olotu of the Federal High Court, Lagos on the 16th of January, 2003. The matter is presently at the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division.

Resolution of Trade Dispute
The firm amicably resolved the trade dispute between members of the Steel and Engineering Workers' Union of Nigeria and the Management of Cobranet Limited.
